Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. A late check-out, including use of the wellness area and luggage storage, is possible for a surcharge of €30 per person.
Yes, we offer an extensive breakfast buffet featuring regional products at our "Morgenbrot" area. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dogs are welcome in selected apartments upon prior request. We charge €15 per night. Please note that four-legged friends are not permitted in the pool and sauna areas, the garden, or the breakfast area.
Our inclusive services include the use of the sauna area, swimming pool (bathrobes and towels provided), free high-speed Wi-Fi, a parking space directly at the apart-hotel, and a ski depot with heated boot dryers.

Cancellations and changes made up to 42 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date will be charged at 75 percent of the total booking price. Late cancellations and changes, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100 percent of the total booking price.
Yes, at our breakfast restaurant "Morgenbrot," we offer a selection of vegetarian dishes. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please inform us in advance.
During the summer season (mid-May to end of October), our guests receive the Stubai Super Card free of charge. This allows free use of the mountain lifts, public transport in the valley, and many other discounts.
For stays of 7 days or more, one intermediate cleaning is included. Additional cleaning services ("Smart Cleaning") can be booked at any time for a surcharge of €30.
You can store your ski equipment in our ski room, which also features a heated boot dryer. Bikes can be safely stored in a dedicated bicycle room (Bikebox).

Absolutely! We love big and small explorers. For breakfast, children and teens up to 15 years old pay only €1 per year of age (e.g., a 10-year-old pays only €10). Additionally, all children up to 15 are exempt from the tourist tax. A real price advantage for your family holiday!

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house – in all apartments and public areas. Personally, we are at the reception for you daily from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. If you need assistance outside these hours, you can reach us by phone at any time!
