Booking & Cancellation
- ★Why book directly? When booking directly via our website, we guarantee you the best price. No hidden fees, no middleman – just personal advice from your hosts.
- ★What are the cancellation policies? Plans can change. You can find detailed information on our flexible cancellation periods in your booking confirmation or by contacting us directly.
- ★Are there discounts for children? Yes! In our family apartment stubai valley, kids enjoy special rates. For breakfast, children (up to 15 years) pay only €1 per year of age.
Stay & Service
- ★Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire Family Apart Stubai.
- ★Are dogs allowed? We are pet-friendly! Please send us a request in advance so we can prepare the perfect room for you and your dog.
- ★Is there a breakfast service? Yes! Visit our breakfast lounge “Morgenbrot” for a regional breakfast in Fulpmes.
Arrival & Mobility
- ★Can I arrive with an electric car? Absolutely! We are a hotel with e-charging station in Tyrol. We offer 11 kW wallboxes directly at the house for our guests.
- ★How do I get to the ski area? Our private VIP shuttle (the “Atzi-Ente”) takes you directly to Schlick 2000. For the Stubai Glacier, the public bus stop is only 150m away.
- ★When is check-in and check-out? Your apartment is ready from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask for check-out by 10:30 AM.
