Cancellation conditions for Corona

For a safe Family holiday

We want you to be able to plan your vacation without worries. For stays this summer 2021 we offer free cancellation options up to 1 day before arrival if one of the following reasons applies to you:

• we are not reachable for you due to boarder closures
• a travel warning from your home country has been issued for Austria or Tyrol
• an obligation quarantine has been issued for homeward-bound travelers coming from Austria or Tyrol
• you have been tested positive for COVID-19 (submission of the positive test result is mandatory)

If one of these circumstances applies, we of course cancel your booking free of charge. Your deposit will convert into a voucher with no expiration date and it is redeemable for a future holiday at any time. By request we can also refund the deposit onto your account.

Cancellations and changes made up to 14 days before the date of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 75 percent of the price of the entire booking. Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100 percent of the price of the entire booking. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
